I’m Nícole. Wellness practitioner, writer, artist, mother. Also a woman who’s been through it, learned the hard way, and is still figuring it out. What I share here isn’t polished perfection. It’s real. The breakdowns, the breakthroughs, and the daily choice to keep showing up.

I work with people who are tired of carrying the weight. Stress, tension, old wounds that will not let go. You don’t need another quick fix or fluffy advice. You need a place to release the bullshit your body is holding and actually feel lighter when you walk out. That is the work I do.

Everything I offer, whether hands-on healing, energywork, writing, or creating spaces for community, comes back to one thing: feeling good and doing good. For me, for my kids, and for the people who find their way here.

This is where truth lives without sugar coating. Healing is sacred, yes, but it is also messy, sweaty, hilarious, and worth it. Joy is not some far-off prize. It is something you claim now, piece by piece, breath by breath.
