Cancellation Policy

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to new and returning clients who are seeking clarity on which service is best suited for their needs. This session is offered via phone or video call and is designed to provide space for connection, questions, and alignment before booking. Please note the following: Consultations are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the consultation may need to be rescheduled. One complimentary consultation is offered per client. Additional time or in-depth support beyond the initial 15 minutes may be booked as a paid session. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. These sessions are a gift of time and energy — please honor them as such.
