What does Well-being look like?

For a long time, I thought of well-being as something external—a checklist of healthy habits, a certain level of success, or a way of presenting myself to the world. Eat well, move often, sleep enough, manage stress. Simple, right? But the deeper I go into my work, the more I see that well-being is something much richer, much more personal.
Well-being is feeling at home in your body, not just treating it well but truly inhabiting it. It’s the exhale of relief when you step into a space that holds you—whether that’s your home, a deep embrace, or a healing session where you can finally let go. It’s knowing your needs and honoring them, unapologetically.
For me, well-being looks like ease. It’s waking up with a sense of possibility instead of dread. It’s movement that feels like nourishment, not punishment. It’s allowing myself to be fully present in my work, not just to do the work, but to be it—to hold space, to listen, to care, to let energy move through my hands in a way that reminds me why I do this in the first place.
Well-being isn’t a finish line. It shifts, evolves, breathes. Some days, it looks like stillness. Other days, it looks like fire. It’s about paying attention—asking yourself, What do I need today?—and trusting the answer.
So, what does well-being look like for you?
