Booking and Cancellation Policy

Policies & Client Agreements

Thank you for choosing to work with me. My intention is to create a nourishing, respectful, and high-vibrational space for your healing journey. These policies help support clear communication and mutual respect, so we can co-create the best experience possible.

Booking & Payment

  • A valid card is required to reserve your session.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • For events or corporate bookings, a deposit may be required to confirm your date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the session rate.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session rate.

  • Emergencies happen—I ask for open communication and will extend the same grace when possible.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the clients scheduled after you.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and subject to the full session fee.

Refunds

  • All sessions, classes, and services are non-refundable.

  • If you’re unhappy with your experience for any reason, please reach out. I care deeply about your well-being and am open to feedback or resolution.

Health & Wellness

  • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing cold or flu symptoms.

  • If you show signs of illness upon arrival, I may need to reschedule your appointment.

Respect & Consent

  • All sessions are strictly professional and rooted in mutual respect.

  • Your comfort and consent are always honored—you may decline any part of the session at any time.

  • Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.

Energy Work & Results

  • Energy healing and bodywork are supportive tools, but not substitutes for medical care.

  • Every body responds differently—results vary from person to person, and deep healing can take time.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available and make a beautiful, meaningful gift of care and healing.

  • They are valid for any service I offer and do not expire.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Wellness Membership Plan

  • Members receive one 1-hour session per month at a discounted member rate.

  • Session upgrades are available for an additional reduced upgrade charge.

  • Missed sessions roll over for up to 3 months. After 3 months of unused sessions, your membership will be suspended until you’ve caught up.

  • Memberships are month-to-month and can be paused or canceled with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Venmo. All session sales are final, and packages, memberships, and plan purchases are non-refundable 3 days after purchase. We do not provide refunds on any unused services, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. We also reserve the right to change our payment policy at any time. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about our payment policy.
