Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Sahai Well-Being LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable and changes can occur. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. No credit card is required to book your session, however after one late cancellation or no-show, a card will be required to book another session and a $30 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. We are committed to providing timely and quality care and hope to have your cooperation. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Policy

Our payment policy is simple: we accept cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Venmo. All session sales are final, and packages, memberships, and plan purchases are non-refundable 3 days after purchase. We do not provide refunds on any unused services, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. We also reserve the right to change our payment policy at any time. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about our payment policy.
