Performed on a comfy mat, experience passive stretching, joint movement, and compression to relax both body and mind. This is a deep massage that encourages union of the breath with movements and deep breathing. Many of the movements mirror those in yogasana, but the practitioner does al the work. * be able to lay down for up to 2 hours*

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Late cancelations will incur a $30 rebooking fee. If a card is placed on file the card will we charged a$30 late cancelation fee.
