Service Description
Performed on a comfy mat, experience passive stretching, joint movement, and compression to relax both body and mind. This is a deep massage that encourages union of the breath with movements and deep breathing. If you're interested in assisted stretching, this is the modality for you. Many of the movements mirror those in yogasana, but the practitioner does all of the work. Your muscles will be pressed, and then lengthened, and you will be moved through gentle joint mobilization. This is a deeply relaxing, revitalizing, and therapeutic type of massge. THIS is the one you need!
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Late cancelations will incur a $30 rebooking fee. If a card is placed on file the card will we charged a$30 late cancelation fee.
