Service Description

Performed on a comfy mat, experience passive stretching, joint movement, and compression to relax both body and mind. This is a deep massage that encourages union of the breath with movements and deep breathing. Many of the movements mirror those in yogasana, but the practitioner does al the work.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Late cancelations will incur a $30 rebooking fee. If a card is placed on file the card will we charged a$30 late cancelation fee.
